Jonas Zaronskis
Founder, partner, and attorney at AVOCAD, and an expert in corporate law with over 10 years of experience as an attorney. He specializes in corporate, competition, intellectual property, energy, and environmental law, as well as bankruptcy and restructuring, tax and finance, transportation, and customs law. Jonas advises businesses on complex transactions, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), drafts legislation, and represents clients in court and in alternative dispute resolution proceedings. He is the president of the international lawyers’ organization CICERO, as well as a board member of the Norwegian-Lithuanian (NLCC) and Ukrainian-Lithuanian (ULCC) Chambers of Commerce.
